齒輪泵是一種通過齒輪之間不斷嚙合來改變工作容積的大小,使之不斷的將泵送介質(zhì)輸送出去的泵,一般我們多使用KCB齒輪泵來對(duì)一些油料介質(zhì)進(jìn)行輸送。齒輪油泵因?yàn)槠漭斔徒橘|(zhì)本身性質(zhì)特殊,所以我們一般會(huì)對(duì)其使用填料密封來作為密封形式,在裝配的時(shí)候使其呈現(xiàn)滴漏的狀態(tài),這樣可以通過介質(zhì)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)齒輪泵軸承的潤(rùn)滑和散熱,減少了齒輪泵的維護(hù)成本,接下來我們就齒輪泵內(nèi)吸入空氣這一故障的原因進(jìn)行排除

吸油濾油器被污物堵塞或其容量過小,導(dǎo)致吸油阻力增加而吸入空氣;另外,進(jìn)、出油口的口徑較大也有可能帶入空氣。此時(shí),可清洗濾油器,或選取較大容量、且進(jìn)出口徑適當(dāng)?shù)臑V油器。如此,不但能防止吸入空氣,還能防止產(chǎn)生噪聲
齒輪泵的安裝位置距油面太高,特別是在齒輪泵轉(zhuǎn)速降低時(shí),因不能保證泵吸油腔有必要的真空度造成吸油不足而吸入空氣。此時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整泵與油面的相對(duì)高度,使其滿足規(guī)定的要求
油箱內(nèi)油量不夠,或吸油管口未插至油面以下,泵便會(huì)吸入空氣,此時(shí)應(yīng)往油箱內(nèi)補(bǔ)充油液至油標(biāo)線;若回油管口露出油面,有時(shí)也會(huì)因系統(tǒng)內(nèi)瞬間負(fù)壓而使空氣反灌進(jìn)入系統(tǒng),所以回油管口一般也應(yīng)插至油面以下
對(duì)泵軸一般采用骨架式油封進(jìn)行密封。若卡緊唇部的彈簧脫落,或?qū)⒂头庋b反,或其唇部被拉傷、老化,都將使油封后端經(jīng)常處于負(fù)壓狀態(tài)而吸入空氣,一般可更換新油封予以解決
齒輪泵的泵體與兩側(cè)端蓋采用直接接觸的硬密封,如果,接觸面之間不夠平整,會(huì)導(dǎo)致齒輪油泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候吸入空氣;同樣齒輪泵的端蓋和壓蓋之間直接接觸也容易導(dǎo)致空氣的進(jìn)入,如果端蓋采用的是塑料材質(zhì),很可能會(huì)由于高溫而產(chǎn)生形變,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)入空氣
