:撫州2098-DSD-HV030 AB伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器 羅克韋爾怎么樣使用同一個(gè)定子,當(dāng)一相RM繞組通電時(shí),其交鏈的磁通相當(dāng)于hb的三相繞組的磁通。當(dāng)三相RM型步進(jìn)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子由外部轉(zhuǎn)矩驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí),其相繞組的感應(yīng)電壓的波形如下圖所示,RM型的電壓波形接近正弦波,從而推出磁通的波形也是正弦波;相對(duì)的HB型電壓波形與RM型比較略有畸變。其次,從RM型步進(jìn)電機(jī)細(xì)分驅(qū)動(dòng)效果看,下圖為RM型步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行步距角細(xì)分(10倍)與HB型步進(jìn)電機(jī)的角度精度的比較,RM型步進(jìn)電機(jī)經(jīng)過細(xì)分控制的角度線性精度好于HB型步進(jìn)電機(jī)。
