7、申報(bào)要素

1）確定零配件的商品編碼.
2）確定零配件的監(jiān)管條件.
3）確定零配件否屬于強(qiáng)制認(rèn)zheng(3C認(rèn)zheng).
4）確定零配件的數(shù)量清單.
5）確定該商品的有關(guān)備案商檢機(jī)關(guān).
6）把貨物發(fā)到香港。在香港中轉(zhuǎn).
7）準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)資料向海關(guān)申報(bào) 報(bào)關(guān)--海關(guān)審價(jià)--出繳款書(shū)--交shui放行--按排中港拖車(chē)入境（或海運(yùn)到國(guó)內(nèi)港口）--海關(guān)查驗(yàn)
