采用軟啟動器,可以控制電動機(jī)電壓,使其在啟動中逐漸升高,很自然地控制啟動電流,這就意味著電動機(jī)可以平穩(wěn)啟動,機(jī)械和電應(yīng)力降至。因此軟啟動器在市場上廣泛應(yīng)用,并且軟啟動器所附帶的軟停車功能有效地避免水泵停止時所產(chǎn)生的“水錘效應(yīng)”。異步電動機(jī)以其優(yōu)良的性能及無需的特點,在各行各業(yè)中廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而由于其起動時要產(chǎn)生較大沖擊電流(一般為額定電流的5-8倍),同時由于起動應(yīng)力較大,使負(fù)載設(shè)備的使用壽命。國有關(guān)部門對電機(jī)起動早有明確規(guī)定,即電機(jī)起動時的電網(wǎng)電壓將不能超過15%。解決辦法有兩個:增大配電容量,采用電機(jī)起動電流的起動設(shè)備,如果僅僅為起動電機(jī)而增大配電容,從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度上來說。超聲波洗滌主要利用超聲波的citations現(xiàn)象。所謂citations現(xiàn)象指的是:超聲波在當(dāng)中傳播時因超聲波的壓力而產(chǎn)生的微小氣泡和高溫、高壓現(xiàn)象。這種沖擊波可以在短時間內(nèi)清洗被洗物。此原理可利用于工業(yè)用洗滌機(jī)。洗滌機(jī)的兩個組成部件是:生成超聲波的BLT(Bolted Langevin Transducer)和驅(qū)動電路。排污編輯壓差排污:當(dāng)雜質(zhì)聚積到一定數(shù)量時,利用冷卻水進(jìn)管之間差壓來反沖洗排污,即電接點壓力表接通控制,控制機(jī)構(gòu)打開電動排污閥,電動減速機(jī)將以每分鐘3-6轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),經(jīng)由排污管路和排污閥門冷卻水管中,清排一次約5-10分鐘左右。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)大的雜物,濾網(wǎng)不能運(yùn)行到位時,電動裝置應(yīng)作反方向運(yùn)行,沖洗雜物。用戶如需要可設(shè)置排污時間性,在0-99小時內(nèi)設(shè)定清洗排污時間,一般設(shè)置為12個小時排污一次,時間設(shè)定可以按照電廠水質(zhì)的情況而做相應(yīng)。即設(shè)定時間啟動電動減速機(jī)進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)使排污閥打開,依次進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)反沖洗排污。直至全部腔室反沖完畢,電動裝置停止工作,電動反沖閥和電動排污閥關(guān)閉。

軟啟動器面臨的替代壓力越來越大,科技進(jìn)步帶來的產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代應(yīng)該會是一個趨勢。這就如同節(jié)能燈替代白熾燈一樣,這是科技和生活進(jìn)步的必然結(jié)果,變頻器替代軟啟動器也是同樣道理。特別是的變頻器產(chǎn)業(yè)在近十多年的發(fā)展中已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)國產(chǎn)化,國產(chǎn)變頻器技術(shù)已經(jīng)比較成熟,制造成本明顯下降。軟啟動器行業(yè)從興旺到衰弱也經(jīng)歷了一個性價比的變革,價格從以前的每千瓦150元降到每千瓦不到50元左右,國內(nèi)很多企業(yè)產(chǎn)品非常,但市場在逐漸。從直起、自耦和星三角啟動器的發(fā)展演變,到變頻調(diào)速器的出現(xiàn),軟啟動器是這當(dāng)中的過渡產(chǎn)品。現(xiàn)只有很小部分工況采用軟啟動器,比如電動機(jī)工作負(fù)載在90%以上的,其他工況以前是采用軟啟動起動的。使兩個繞組之間以及繞組與鐵心之間都有電氣隔離。電壓互感器在運(yùn)行時,一次繞組N1并聯(lián)接在線路上,二次繞組N2并聯(lián)接儀表或繼電器。因此在測量高壓線路上的電壓時,盡管一次電壓很高,但二次卻是低壓的,可以確保操作人員和儀表的。工作原理編輯其工作原理與變壓器相同[2],基本結(jié)構(gòu)也是鐵心和原、副繞組。特點是容量很小且比較恒定,正常運(yùn)行時接近于空載狀態(tài)。電壓互感器本身的阻抗很小,一旦副邊發(fā)生短路,電流將急劇增長而燒毀線圈。為此,電壓互感器的原邊接有熔斷器,副邊可靠接地,以免原、副邊絕緣損毀時,副邊出現(xiàn)對地高電位而造身和設(shè)備事故。測量用電壓互感器一般都做成單相雙線圈結(jié)構(gòu),其原邊電壓為被測電壓(如電力的線電壓)。
