BAY51-2*40W防爆熒光燈主要結構

熒光燈由燈具和接線盒兩部分組成，燈具兩端用鑄鋁合金壓鑄外殼，表面噴塑，燈芯部分為一整體，包括支架、燈管、鎮(zhèn)流器、啟輝器等，更換燈管時先斷開電源，然后打開端蓋，斷開安全電源插頭，將燈芯部分整體抽出。把燈管向彈簧側移動后，可將燈管取下。熒光燈外部裝有防塵罩。熒光燈為復合型結構，燈具主腔為隔爆型結構，接線腔為增安型。接線盒為隔爆型，電纜采用直接引入方式，電纜引入裝置從內到外依次裝有密封圈、墊圈和壓緊螺母，適合電纜或鋼管布線。接線盒設有內接地螺釘，燈具設有外接地螺釘。
