控制方式
1: VVVF 是 Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency 的縮寫,意為改變電壓和改變頻率,也就是人們所說的變壓變頻。
2: CVCF 是 Constant Voltage and Constant Frequency 的縮寫,意為恒電壓、恒頻率,也就是人們所說的恒壓恒頻。
VVC的控制原理
在VVC中,控制電路用一個數(shù)學(xué)模型來計算電機(jī)負(fù)載變化時最佳的電機(jī)勵磁,并對負(fù)載加以補(bǔ)償。
此外集成于ASIC電路上的同步60°PWM方法決定了逆變器半導(dǎo)體器件(IGBTS)的最佳開關(guān)時間。
決定開關(guān)時間要遵循以下原則:
數(shù)值上最大的一相在1/6個周期(60°)內(nèi)保持它的正電位或負(fù)電位不變。
