為了保證機床的精度,床身或立柱少量的刮研是必不可少的,在多數(shù)情況下,安裝是比較簡單的。作為導向的導軌為淬硬鋼,經(jīng)精磨后置于安裝平面上。與平面導軌比較,直線導軌橫截面的幾何形狀,比平面導軌復雜,復雜的原因是因為導軌上需要加工出溝槽,以利于元件的,溝槽的形狀和數(shù)量,取決于機床要完成的功能。例如:一個既承受直線作,又承受力矩的導軌,與僅承受直線作的導軌相比.設計上有很大的不同。直線導軌的固定元件(導軌)的基本功能如同軸承環(huán),安裝鋼球的支架,形狀為“v”字形。支架包導軌的頂部和兩側面。為了支撐機床的工作部件,一套直線導軌至少有四個支架。用于支撐大型的工作部件,支架的數(shù)量可以多于四個。凸出式插拔式結構,嵌入式插拔結構等,并有的塑料外罩,可以觀察繼電器的整定值和規(guī)格等。電磁式電壓繼電器磁有兩個線圈,線圈出頭接在底座端子上,用戶可以根據(jù)需要串并聯(lián),因而可使繼電器整定范圍變化一倍。電磁式電壓繼電器銘牌的刻度值及額定值對于電流繼電器是線圈串聯(lián)時的電流(以A為單位),對于電壓繼電器是線圈并聯(lián)時的電壓(以V為單位)。轉動刻度盤上的指針,以改變游絲的反作矩從而可以改變繼電器的值。電磁式電壓繼電器的:對于過電流(壓)繼電器,電流(壓)升至整定值或大于整定值時,繼電器就,動合觸點閉合,動斷觸點斷開。當電流(壓)到0.8倍整定值時,繼電器就返回,動合觸點斷開,動斷觸點閉合。
使兩個繞組之間以及繞組與鐵心之間都有電氣隔離。電壓互感器在運行時,一次繞組N1并聯(lián)接在線路上,二次繞組N2并聯(lián)接儀表或繼電器。因此在測量高壓線路上的電壓時,盡管一次電壓很高,但二次卻是低壓的,可以確保操作人員和儀表的。工作原理編輯其工作原理與變壓器相同[2],基本結構也是鐵心和原、副繞組。特點是容量很小且比較恒定,正常運行時接近于空載狀態(tài)。電壓互感器本身的阻抗很小,一旦副邊發(fā)生短路,電流將急劇增長而燒毀線圈。為此,電壓互感器的原邊接有熔斷器,副邊可靠接地,以免原、副邊絕緣損毀時,副邊出現(xiàn)對地高電位而造身和設備事故。測量用電壓互感器一般都做成單相雙線圈結構,其原邊電壓為被測電壓(如電力的線電壓)。

當KNI2I1時,比差為正,反之為負。對于沒有采取補償措施的電流互感器,比差為負值,角差為正值,比差的值和角差均隨電流增大而減小。采用補償?shù)霓k法可以減小互感器的誤差。一般通過在互感器上加繞附加繞組或增添附加鐵心,以及接入相應的電阻、電感、電容元件來補償。常用的補償法有匝數(shù)補償、分數(shù)匝補償、小鐵心補償、并聯(lián)電容補償?shù)?。校驗在進行電流互感器誤差試驗之前,通常需要檢查極性和退磁等試驗。極性檢查電流互感器一次繞組標志為PP2,二次繞組標志為SS2。若PS1是同名端,則這種標志叫減極性。一次電流從P1進,二次電流從S1出。極性檢查很簡單,除了可以在互感器校驗儀上進行檢查外,還可以使用直流檢查法。
二次側額定電流通常為1A或5A。其中2×a/C表示同一臺產(chǎn)品有兩種電流比,通過改變產(chǎn)品的連接片接線實現(xiàn),當串聯(lián)時,電流比為a/c,并聯(lián)時電流比為2×a/C。一般情況下,計量用電流互感器變流比的選擇應使其一次額定電流I1n不小于線路中的負荷電流(即計算IC)。如線路中負荷計算電流為350A,則電流互感器的變流比應選擇400/5。保護用的電流互感器為保證其準確度要求,可以將變比選得大一些。準確級應根據(jù)測量準確度[8]要求選擇電流互感器的準確級并進行校驗。下表為不同準確級電流互感器的誤差限值:電流互感器準確級和誤差限值電流互感器準確級和誤差限值準確級選擇的原則:計費計量用的電流互感器其準確級不低于0.5級;

同時添加通話時長、條數(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)流量數(shù)量的提醒節(jié)點。計數(shù)器的應用極為廣泛,不僅能用于計數(shù),還可用于分頻、定時,以及組成各種檢測電路和控制電路。為了使用方便,在有些單片集成計數(shù)器上還附加了異步置零、預置數(shù)、保持等功能,并設置了相應的控制端。計數(shù)器有用于工業(yè)上的特點有:有6位LED數(shù)碼顯示;同時有分A和B兩路計數(shù)輸入;計數(shù)可達20KHz;還具有帶LED報指示;同時支持RSRS232串行接口,輸出、電源、通訊相互之間采用光電隔離互不??煽毓?SiliconControlledRectifier)簡稱SCR,是一種大功率電器元件,也稱晶閘管。它具有體積小、效率高、壽命長等優(yōu)點。廣泛采用電液位計,應用在江河、琥珀、水庫、渠道、水電站等工程中。特點常用的水位計有四種:玻璃管式,平板式、雙色水位計和低地位水位計。玻璃管式水位計玻璃管式水位計,公稱壓力一般不超過1.6MPa,公稱直徑有DN15和DN20兩種,玻璃管內(nèi)徑不應小于8mm,厚度不小于3mm。玻璃管式水位計主要由汽旋塞,水旋塞,玻璃管、排污旋塞和連接法蘭等組成。鍋爐內(nèi)的水位高低和變化,透過玻璃管顯示出來。玻璃管的中心線要與水位計汽、水旋塞的中心線同心,以防止玻璃管受扭曲應力而破裂。為了防止玻璃管爆破傷人,在帶有鋼球的水位計內(nèi),在旋塞內(nèi)配有彈子,汽、水爆破的沖力使彈子自動關閉汽、水旋塞。同時還應安裝防護罩。防護罩一般用較厚的耐溫的鋼化玻璃板制成。
啟動的場所可取電動機額定電流的2.25~2.5倍。欠電流繼電器的整定電流一般取額定電流的0.1~o.2倍。[1]安裝和使用編輯(1)安裝前應檢查繼電器的額定電流和整定電流值是否符合實際使用要求,繼電器的部分是否靈活、可靠,外罩及殼體是否有損壞或缺件等情況。(2)安裝后應在觸點不通電的情況下,使吸引線圈通電操作幾次??蠢^電器是否可靠。(3)定期檢查繼電器各零部件是否有松動及損壞現(xiàn)象,并保持觸點的清潔。[1]欠電流繼電器斷相保護電路編輯電路如圖7-9所示,電路采用三只欠電流繼電器作斷相保護。工作原理:按下起動按鈕l,器KM線圈得電,主觸點閉合,電動機起動。欠電流繼電器KAl、KAKA3。
