本公司生產不銹鋼的無縫管，主要特點為：大、特、優(yōu)、新、主要生產口徑為
Φ168-Φ711mm,厚度為3-70mm的各種材質不銹鋼無縫管。材質方面除可按國
標、美標、日標、歐標生產常用的304、316、321、310 等系列產品外，同時可
按國內外標準生產雙相鋼、904L、高鎳Inconel600、INCOLOY800等材質無縫
管；另一特點是可生產高技術高質量的核電、火電、石化等方面所用的不銹鋼無
縫管，并且已有很好的業(yè)績。在新產品開發(fā)方面研制了1%Ni奧氏體不銹鋼管用
鋼，掌握了超薄大口徑高精管生產工藝等，因此，在不銹鋼無縫管行業(yè)中具有較
強的競爭力。

Φ711mm and the wall thickness can be 3-70mm; in the aspect of materials, it can
not only produce commonly-used 304, 316, 321, 310 and other series of products
according to national standard, American standard, Japanese standard and
European standard, but also produce seamless tubes of duplex steel, 904L, high
nickel Inconel600, INCOLOY800 and other materials according to the standards at
home and abroad; another feature is that it can produce stainless steel seamless
tubes of high technology and high quality used in nub power, thermal power,
petrochemical and other aspects, and has a very good perbance. In the aspect of
new product development, it has developed steels used in 1%Ni austenitic stainless
steel tubes, mastered the production process of ultra-thin, large-diameter and high-
precision tubes, etc. Therefore, it has a strong competitiveness in the stainless steel
seamless tube industry.
