丙烯酸在精細(xì)化工領(lǐng)域占有相當(dāng)重要的地位。用丙烯酸生產(chǎn)的聚丙烯和丙烯酸共聚物,被用作分散劑、絮凝劑和增稠劑等。到7年代后期,聚丙烯和丙烯酸共聚物又應(yīng)用于高吸水樹脂和助洗滌劑。特性與危害甲基丙烯酸的侵入途徑:吸入、食入、經(jīng)皮吸收。健康危害:本品對鼻、喉有刺激性;高濃度接觸可能引起肺部改變。對皮膚有刺激性,可致灼傷。眼接觸可致灼傷,造成性損害。慢性影響:可能引起肺、肝、腎損害。對皮膚有致敏性,致敏后,即使接觸極低水平的本品,也能引起皮膚刺癢和皮疹。
