1.用途：HW混流泵為臥式，單級，單吸，渦殼式混流泵。適用于輸送清水或物理，化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體。被輸送液體溫度不宜高于50度。廣泛用于農(nóng)田灌溉，工業(yè)和城市排水等多種場合。HW泵的性能范圍：流量90-9000m3/h 揚(yáng)程3.5-22m。

注意事項: (1)，用皮帶傳動時，水泵和動力機(jī)的皮帶輪應(yīng)對正。皮帶輪和皮帶外要設(shè)安全罩。 (2)，泵蓋一般不宜直接連彎管，應(yīng)先接直管后再接彎管，以保證進(jìn)口處流速分布均勻。 (3)，管路各連接法蘭間，應(yīng)加橡膠墊或石棉線，以防漏氣漏水。 (4)，進(jìn)水管伸入進(jìn)水池的位置應(yīng)合適，進(jìn)水管口距河底一般為1D—3D，進(jìn)水管口距最低枯水面一般為1D—3D，進(jìn)水管距進(jìn)水池壁一般為（1—1.5）D（D為進(jìn)水管口徑。2小泵取大值，大泵取小值）。
二.結(jié)構(gòu)和作用
