以滿足用戶之需。軸流泵的配力根據(jù)泵型之不同，可選用相應(yīng)的立式或臥室電機(jī)采用直聯(lián)或與皮帶轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)等傳送型式。大型、特大型軸流泵大型軸流泵指葉輪直徑大于1米，小于1.6米的軸流泵。有ZLQ型、ZLB型、GWB型、ZGQ型等多種立式軸流泵、貫流式軸流泵。特大型軸流泵是葉輪直徑1.6以上。葉片可全調(diào)節(jié)或半調(diào)節(jié)的立式、臥式、斜式軸流泵。主要用于大面積農(nóng)田排灌和跨流域調(diào)水，特別是低洼地區(qū)和湖區(qū)的排水。機(jī)組運(yùn)行期間，可根據(jù)需要用液壓或機(jī)械系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)葉片角度，充分發(fā)揮水泵的效能，使其在泵的高效區(qū)運(yùn)行。其性能范圍如下：流量5～60米3/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程1.3～9米，功率300～6000千瓦。生產(chǎn)軸流泵的主要工廠有；無(wú)錫水泵廠（軸流泵、特大型軸流泵）、高郵水泵廠（軸流泵）、上海水泵廠（軸流泵、特大型軸流泵）、武漢水泵廠（軸流泵、特大型軸流泵）等。

(4)水泵轉(zhuǎn)速提高后，耗用功率增加，吸上真空度降低，壽命縮短。過(guò)分提高轉(zhuǎn)速會(huì)發(fā)生其它事故，故應(yīng)慎用。
(5)水泵轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)分降低時(shí)，泵的使用效益低，為此，應(yīng)盡量避免泵在過(guò)低轉(zhuǎn)速下運(yùn)行。用戶應(yīng)按性能曲線圖選擇使用。
