礦山，城市給排水，電站，農(nóng)田排灌及各種水利工程。S系列中開泵工作原理：1，許用工作壓力為，即泵入口壓力+泵揚程≤。根據(jù)泵殼承受的zui大壓力，泵體和泵蓋材質(zhì)采用灰口鑄()。介質(zhì)：溫度≤105℃的清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似清水的其它液體(固體顆粒80mg/L)。采用油脂潤滑的封閉式滾動軸承，維護簡單，運行時間長。(2)，配備恒定油位的油杯，也可用稀油潤滑。(3)，中開泵選用進口(SKF，NSK，NTN)高質(zhì)量軸承，運行平穩(wěn)，澡音低，使用壽命長。結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，穩(wěn)定性好。該型泵為泵殼中開結(jié)構(gòu)，進出口均在泵體上，檢修時只需吊出泵蓋，轉(zhuǎn)子部件便可移出進行檢修作業(yè)，而不需拆卸管路，十分方便。根據(jù)需要電動機(驅(qū)動機)可以在左端也可在右端。
本系列泵是單級、雙吸、水平中開式離心泵，適用于汲送清水和無腐蝕性的液體。介質(zhì)溫度80℃。軸承體通人冷卻水后，可輸送130℃以下的熱水。改變密封環(huán)、軸套和葉輪的材質(zhì)，可以輸送含有泥沙的渾水。改變承壓零件的材質(zhì)，可以提高泵的進口壓力.泵的軸封一般采用軟填料密封，如有特殊要求，也可改裝機械密封。從電機方向看泵，泵為逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，按用戶要求，也可改為順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)。jdhuiquan4.13
