繼電器動作,觸點閉合或斷開,控制電路通斷。晶體管型電壓繼電器由電壓形成回路、整流濾波回路、比較回路、執(zhí)行回路和輸出回路組成。感應型過流繼電器具有感應機構和電磁機構。感應機構如圖2,輸入電生的磁通分為ФjФj2兩部分。Φj1通過短路環(huán),在其中產生感應電勢Ed和感應電流Id,感應電流Id又產生磁通Φdo此Φd與Φj1合成磁通Φ1;Φd與Φj2合成磁通Φ2,Φ1與Φ2的相位差為。ΦΦ2在鋁圓盤中產生渦流,磁通與各自產生的渦流相互作用,產生旋轉力矩。力矩的大小與電流的平方成比例。當輸入電流達到動作值時,由專門機構使繼電器啟動,鋁圓盤亦開始轉動,經一定時間,動觸點與靜觸點接通。觸點接通動作時限與電流成反比。

傳遞觸發(fā)信號,一般采用光纖傳輸,能有效地避免各種電磁干擾。通過光纖傳遞信號,也有兩種方式:一種多光纖方式,一種單光纖方式。多光纖方式即每塊觸發(fā)板有一路光纖;單光纖方式即每一相只有一路光纖,信號傳遞到一塊主觸發(fā)板,再由主觸發(fā)板傳遞到同一相的其他觸發(fā)板。由于各路光纖光電傳輸過程中損耗不盡一致,因此從觸發(fā)一致性上看,單光纖的方式比多光纖可靠。高壓軟啟動器對信號的檢測比低壓軟啟動器要求更高。高壓軟起動器所在的環(huán)境存在著大量的電磁干擾,并且高壓軟啟動器所用的真空接觸器和真空斷路器在其分斷和閉合過程中會產生大量的電磁干擾。所以對檢測到的信號不僅要進行硬件濾波,也要進行軟件濾波,去掉干擾信號。軟啟動器在完成啟動過程后。

開通Q1并自動再次連通負載。上述過程會一直周期性重復下去,除非移去多余負載或將MAX668關閉使其停止工作。因此MAX810L和開關Q1一起構成了一個固態(tài)開關(電子絲)。絲絲MAX810L(微功耗器件)具有非平衡推挽輸出級。當對外輸出電流時,它等效于一個6kΩ電阻;當從外汲取電流時,它等效于一個125Ω的電阻。當導通或關斷Q1時,由于MAX810L的電阻阻止了Q1的密勒電容和柵源電容快速充放電,因此使開關瞬態(tài)過程得以減慢。假定Q1總的等效電容為5000pF時,則MAX810汲取電流時(等效于125Ω電阻)大電流三極管的RC電路的時間常數約為0.6μs。整個導通過程電壓瞬態(tài)響應時間大約為10RC=6μs。
