對于低電壓繼電器,當(dāng)電壓降低到整定電壓時,繼電器就動作,動合觸點(diǎn)斷開,動斷觸點(diǎn)閉合。2.技術(shù)要求1.繼電器額定電壓、整定范圍、功率消耗、返回系數(shù)。2.動作值極限誤差:在基準(zhǔn)條件下,繼電器各整定值極限誤差不超過±6%。3.動作值一致性:在基準(zhǔn)條件下,繼電器動作值的一致性不超過6%整定值。4.溫度變化引起的變差:在標(biāo)稱極限溫度下,動作電壓的變差不超過±5%整定值。5.動作時間:在1.1倍實(shí)測動作值時,過電壓繼電器的動作時間不大于0.12s(對DY-32~34/60C不大于0.15s);在2倍實(shí)測動作值時,動作時間不大于0.04s(對DY-32~34/60C不大于0.06s);低電壓繼電器在0.5倍實(shí)測動作值時。

按傳感器原理分浮子式、跟蹤式、壓力式和反射式等。水位記錄方式主要有:記錄紙描述,數(shù)據(jù)顯示或打字記錄,穿孔紙帶,磁帶和固體電路儲存等。水位計(jì)的度一般在1~3厘米以內(nèi),制造的水位計(jì)的記錄周期有1天、30天和90天等。走時誤差,機(jī)械鐘為2分/日,石英晶體鐘小于5分/月。分類浮子式水位計(jì)其原理是由浮子感應(yīng)水位的升降。有用機(jī)械方式直接使浮子傳動記錄結(jié)構(gòu)的普通水位計(jì),有把浮子提供的轉(zhuǎn)角量轉(zhuǎn)換成增量電脈沖或二進(jìn)制編碼脈沖作遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸?shù)碾妭鳌?shù)傳水位計(jì),還有用微型浮子和許多干簧管組成的數(shù)字傳感水位計(jì)等。應(yīng)用較廣的是機(jī)械式水位計(jì)。應(yīng)用浮子式水位計(jì)需有測井設(shè)備,只適合于岸坡穩(wěn)定、河床沖淤很小的低含沙量河段使用。測井見圖1。

動作時間不大于0.15s。6.熱性能:當(dāng)周圍環(huán)境溫度為40℃時,繼電器能在長期允許電壓(見表1)下工作,無絕緣和其它元件損壞,其線圈溫升不超過65℃。7.過載能力:當(dāng)繼電器的線圈并聯(lián)時,在整定值處,使電壓均勻地自1.05倍整定電壓升至2.2倍整定電壓時,繼電器動合觸點(diǎn)不應(yīng)有不能工作的抖動。8.絕緣性能a.絕緣電阻不小于300MΩ。b.介質(zhì)強(qiáng)度繼電器各導(dǎo)電電路連在一起與外露的非帶電金屬部分及外殼之間,能承受2kV(有效值)、50Hz的交流電壓歷時1min的試驗(yàn),而無絕緣擊穿或閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。9.動作可靠性a.在動作電壓或返回電壓下,繼電器動作過程中的可動系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)停滯在中間位置。b.當(dāng)對線圈突然施加1.75倍的整定電壓激勵量時。
