通常,使用GTR做逆變管時的載波頻率底于2KHz。4.變頻器用GTR的選用⑴Uceo通常按電源線電壓U峰值的2倍來選擇。Uceo≥2廠2U在電源電壓為380V的變頻器中,應有Uceo≥2廠2U*380V=1074.8V,故選用Uceo=1200V的GTR是適宜的。⑵Icm按額定電流In峰值的2倍來選擇Icm≥2廠2InGTR是用電流信號進行驅動的,所需驅動功率較大,故基極驅動系統(tǒng)比較復雜,并使工作頻率難以提高,這是其不足之處。今天我告訴大家的是MOSFET以及IGBT功率場效應晶體管(POWERMOSFET)它的3個極分別是源極S、漏極D和柵極G其工作特點是,G、S間的控制信號是電壓信號Ugs。

工作電流為集電極電流I。至今,IGBT的擊穿電壓也已做到1200V,集電極飽和電流已超過1500A,由IGBT作為逆變器件的變頻器容量已達到250KVA以上。此外,其工作頻率可達20KHZ。由IGBT作為逆變器件的變頻器的載波頻率一般都在10KHZ以上,故電動機的電源波形比較平滑,基本無電磁噪聲。在變頻器工作時,流過變頻器的電流是很大的,變頻器產生的熱量也是非常大的,不能忽視其發(fā)熱所產生的影響通常,變頻器安裝在控制柜中。我們要了解一臺變頻器的發(fā)熱量大概是多少.可以用以下公式估算:發(fā)熱量的近似值=變頻器容量(KW)×55[W]在這里,如果變頻器容量是以恒轉矩負載為準的(過流能力150%*60s)如果變頻器帶有直流電抗器或交流電抗器,并且也在柜子里面,這時發(fā)熱量會更大一些。
