單相,1.5kW變頻器時,客戶標(biāo)明頻率上不去,只能上到20Hz,此時想到的是有可能參數(shù)設(shè)置不當(dāng),依次檢查參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)頻率,上限頻率都為60Hz,可見不是參數(shù)問題,又懷疑是頻率給定方式不對,后改成面板給定頻率,變頻器可運行到60Hz,由此看來,問提出在模擬量輸入電路上,檢查此電路時,發(fā)現(xiàn)一貼片電容損壞,更換后,變頻器正常。(3)變頻器跳過流在接修一臺臺安N2系列,400V,3.7kW變頻器時,客戶標(biāo)明在起動時顯示過電流。在檢查模塊確認(rèn)完好后,給變頻器通電,在不帶電機的情況下,啟動一瞬間顯示OC2,首先想到的是電流檢測電路損壞,依次更換檢測電路,發(fā)現(xiàn)故障依然無法消除。于是擴大檢測范圍,檢查驅(qū)動電路,在檢查驅(qū)動波形時發(fā)現(xiàn)有一路波形不正常。
