發(fā)出信號(hào)或切除故障部分。本繼電器為集成電路靜態(tài)型繼電器,采用數(shù)碼開關(guān)整定電流值,直觀方便,改變整定值無須檢驗(yàn),整定范圍為2-9.9A級差為0.1A;精度高、功耗小、動(dòng)作時(shí)間快、返回系數(shù)高,是GL-型過流繼電器理想的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。正常環(huán)境環(huán)境溫度:-10℃~+50℃;相對濕度:不大于90%;大氣壓力:86kPa~106kPa;使用地點(diǎn)不出現(xiàn)超過GB/T14537規(guī)定的嚴(yán)酷等級為1級的振動(dòng)。周圍環(huán)境:不允許有陽光直射、雨和水的沖洗,無危險(xiǎn)的介質(zhì),不應(yīng)含有能腐蝕金屬、破壞絕緣和表面涂覆層的介質(zhì)及導(dǎo)電介質(zhì),不允許有明顯的水氣,不允許有嚴(yán)重的霉菌存在。技術(shù)指標(biāo)額定值:50Hz交流5A。

歷時(shí)1min,無絕緣擊穿或閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。不同一組觸點(diǎn)之間應(yīng)能承受交流有效值2000V/50Hz的試驗(yàn)電壓,歷時(shí)1min,無絕緣擊穿或閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。絕緣電阻在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)大氣條件下,繼電器各導(dǎo)電部分對外露非帶電金屬部分及外殼之間,用開路電壓為500V的測試儀器測其絕緣值,應(yīng)不小于20MΩ。工作壽命:繼電器在規(guī)定的負(fù)荷下為80000次,平均無故障率時(shí)間為8萬小時(shí)[1]。絲(fuse)也被稱為電流絲,IEC127標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將它定義為"熔斷體(fuse-b)"。其主要是起過載保護(hù)作用。電路中正確安置絲,絲就會(huì)在電流異常升高到一定的高度和熱度的時(shí)候,自身熔斷切斷電流,保護(hù)了電路運(yùn)行。[1]一百多年前由愛迪明的絲用于保護(hù)當(dāng)時(shí)昂貴的白熾燈。

傳遞觸發(fā)信號(hào),一般采用光纖傳輸,能有效地避免各種電磁干擾。通過光纖傳遞信號(hào),也有兩種方式:一種多光纖方式,一種單光纖方式。多光纖方式即每塊觸發(fā)板有一路光纖;單光纖方式即每一相只有一路光纖,信號(hào)傳遞到一塊主觸發(fā)板,再由主觸發(fā)板傳遞到同一相的其他觸發(fā)板。由于各路光纖光電傳輸過程中損耗不盡一致,因此從觸發(fā)一致性上看,單光纖的方式比多光纖可靠。高壓軟啟動(dòng)器對信號(hào)的檢測比低壓軟啟動(dòng)器要求更高。高壓軟起動(dòng)器所在的環(huán)境存在著大量的電磁干擾,并且高壓軟啟動(dòng)器所用的真空接觸器和真空斷路器在其分?jǐn)嗪烷]合過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的電磁干擾。所以對檢測到的信號(hào)不僅要進(jìn)行硬件濾波,也要進(jìn)行軟件濾波,去掉干擾信號(hào)。軟啟動(dòng)器在完成啟動(dòng)過程后。
