處理方法起動時一升速就跳閘,這是過電流十分嚴重的現(xiàn)象,主要檢查①工作機械有沒有卡?、谪撦d側(cè)有沒有短路,用兆歐表檢查對地有沒有短路③變頻器功率模塊有沒有損壞④電動機的起動轉(zhuǎn)矩過小,拖動系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)不起來起動時不馬上跳閘,而在運行過程中跳閘,主要檢查①升速時間設(shè)定太短,加長加速時間②減速時間設(shè)定太短,加長減速時間③轉(zhuǎn)矩補償(U/F比)設(shè)定太大,引起低頻時空載電流過大④電子熱繼電器整定不當(dāng),動作電流設(shè)定得太小,引起變頻器誤動作電壓保護過電壓保護產(chǎn)生過電壓的原因及處理方法:①電源電壓太高②降速時間太短③降速過程中,再生制動的放電單元工作不理想,來不及放電,請增加外接制動電阻和制動單元④請檢查放電回路有沒有發(fā)生故障。

測量各點參數(shù)時可用普通手縫針焊在萬用表的表筆上,以便刺穿漆層直接測量各點,而不用大面積剝離漆層。不要帶電插拔各種控制板和插頭。在加電情況下,插拔控制板會產(chǎn)生較強的感應(yīng)電動勢,這時瞬間反擊電壓很高,很容易損壞相應(yīng)的控制板和插頭。檢修時不要盲目亂敲亂碰,以免擴大故障,越修越壞。使用邏輯筆、示波器檢測信號時,要注意不使探針同時接觸兩個測量引腳而形成短路。記錄時間的的存儲大小。必在要多注意有時會有數(shù)值的超額。U盤在插入儀表存儲數(shù)據(jù)前要進行格式化處理(按FAT32格式),U盤存儲功能需要手動存儲,可以到儀表的數(shù)據(jù)備份畫面選擇要數(shù)據(jù)備份的起始時間和接收時間后,然后選擇備份有了這些知識。

各種信號可直接輸入,記錄儀內(nèi)部可自動識別,且可以為一次儀表提供全隔離配電,使用、維護非常方便;第三方面,精度非常高,可達到千分之一的精度;第四,高性價比。不但能顯示、記錄,而且具有調(diào)節(jié)、報警輸出功能,特別適于高度分散,既需顯示,又需控制的油田現(xiàn)場;第五,其內(nèi)部固化了常規(guī)控制算法、常用介質(zhì)溫壓補償、流量累計等功能塊;第六,它具有通訊和聯(lián)網(wǎng)功能,記錄儀上可配有兩個RS-485接口和一個RS-232接口,使用它們可方便的組成網(wǎng)絡(luò),另外,體積小、容量大。多可達8個輸入通道,也可構(gòu)成8路PID,同時可有12個開關(guān)量輸出。在本應(yīng)用案例中,該系統(tǒng)主要用于采油站、聯(lián)合站對每口井以及各個區(qū)域采油、氣量的實時顯示、記錄。
