火炬能源有限責(zé)任公司(國營第四八一廠)創(chuàng)建于1944年1月，是中國船舶重工集團(tuán)公司的全資子公司。是我國最早研制和生產(chǎn)鉛酸蓄電池的生產(chǎn)商之一，是高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，是生產(chǎn)JUN用特種電池廠家之一，系中核集團(tuán)合格供應(yīng)商。公司主要從事牽引用、固定用、電動車用鉛酸蓄電池及鋰離子動力電池的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)，現(xiàn)具有年生產(chǎn)600萬KVAh各類鉛酸蓄電池的能力。公司設(shè)有六個(gè)全資子公司，涵蓋蓄電池制造設(shè)備，外殼，隔板，連接線，箱體等的生產(chǎn)與銷售，為“火炬”電池的發(fā)展助力。

  公司設(shè)有經(jīng)過國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可委認(rèn)可的綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室、省級企業(yè)技術(shù)中心、山東省動力型蓄電池工程技術(shù)研究中心和中國船舶工業(yè)淄博蓄電池產(chǎn)品性能檢測中心，并建立了軍民一體化的質(zhì)量管理體系，先后通過了IS09001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，職業(yè)安全健康管理體系和環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證。各系列產(chǎn)品分別獲得“泰爾”認(rèn)證、金太陽認(rèn)證、CE認(rèn)證及相關(guān)的特殊防爆產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認(rèn)證，安標(biāo)認(rèn)證、船級社認(rèn)證等。

Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (State-owned 481 Factory) was founded in January 1944 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group Corporation. It is one of the earliest producers of lead-acid batteries in China. It is a high-tech enterprise. It is also one of the manufacturers of special batteries for JUN. It is a qualified supplier of CNPC. The company is mainly engaged in the development, design and production of lead-acid batteries for trb, fixed, electric vehicles and lithium-ion power batteries. It now has the ability to produce 6 million KVAh lead-acid batteries annually.
