How to treat low concentration with large air flow waste stream? 安居樂的工藝技術(shù)更加貼近廢氣工況，以大風(fēng)量的噴漆廢氣處理為例：
車間排放有機(jī)廢氣通過總管道送至G渦流凈化塔做漆霧顆粒去除處理，后經(jīng)過除霧器，再經(jīng)過專門設(shè)計(jì)的組合過濾器后，由VOC沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)吸附，吸附效率為90%以上；排放廢氣由吸附風(fēng)機(jī)抽出，并達(dá)標(biāo)排放；
濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附住的有機(jī)物，從轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附區(qū)域脫附出來進(jìn)入RTO高溫氧化處理
Anjule technology can be applied to work with the process specifications. For example, emission from coating industrial has the characteristic of high air volume: the waste gas was sent to the G-vortex column to remove particulate. After the dehumidifier process, the waste gas was sent to a specially designed filter before entering the rotary concentrator for VOCs adsorption. The removal efficiency can achieve VOC removal efficiency above 90%. A system fan was installed to release the cleaned air, which is in compliance with the regulations. The air stream then transfer to the RTO for further treatment.
一、轉(zhuǎn)輪入口G渦流凈化塔

Anjule G-vortex column has a unique vortex structure, purify and remove the paint organic substance from gas.

安居樂設(shè)有專門的VOC處理實(shí)驗(yàn)室，廢氣治理實(shí)驗(yàn)工程中心，轉(zhuǎn)輪裝置引進(jìn)日本，實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試具體成分的轉(zhuǎn)輪效率，保障項(xiàng)目的成功率。轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附裝置的優(yōu)點(diǎn)體積小、操作方便、壓降低；它可以連續(xù)地將大的廢氣流量處理成濃度足夠低的凈化氣，而解吸出來的氣體則濃度高而流量低，從而進(jìn)入低風(fēng)量RTO裝置徹底燃燒。
Aujule has set up a laboratory and an engineering center for the design of the exhaust gas VOC treatment. The rotary wheels are imported from Japan; the VOC compounds removal rate are measured in a laboratory to ensure the successful treatment for the environmental projects.
The advantage of our rotary concentrator: small size, convenience, low pressure lost and work continuously to concentrate low VOC concentration waste gas. The rotary processed gas has a high concentration of VOC with less volume and therefore reduce the amount of the waste gas for the RTO treatment.

四、技術(shù)先進(jìn)性
GRTO 控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)有軟硬體聯(lián)鎖，可通過溫度、壓力等反饋，及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)響應(yīng)聯(lián)動(dòng)器件，可有效保障系統(tǒng)安全。RTO控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC,安置在控制盤體內(nèi)；配有火焰強(qiáng)度顯示、高溫控制器、報(bào)警、復(fù)位、開關(guān)機(jī)、緊急停機(jī)以及記錄儀；RTO系統(tǒng)與產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行無縫銜接，確保不影響現(xiàn)有工藝及生產(chǎn)。

GRTO control system equipped with software and hardware interlocks, through temperature, pressure responses, the system reacts immediaby to the safety control of the system. Effectively，protect the safety of the system . RTO control system uses PLC, installed inside of the control panels; equipped with flame intensity detector, temperature controllers, alarm, reset,0n and off switch, emergency stop, and a recorder; RTO system works seamlessly with the production line without interfering to the existing production.
五、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用優(yōu)勢(shì)
濃度越高運(yùn)行成本越低。所以采取合理的技術(shù)手段增加有機(jī)廢氣進(jìn)入RTO（RCO）時(shí)的濃度，以及減少廢氣處理量是減少RTO（RCO）投資與提高運(yùn)行效率的有效途徑。
5. The low operating cost advantage
Lower operating cost can be achieved with high VOC concentration in the waste stream. Using a rotary concentrator to reduce the volume of the waste gas is a feasible way in decreasing the cost.
2017年日本雅馬哈電子樂器天津有限公司上了一套VOCs 治理設(shè)備。設(shè)備通過環(huán)保驗(yàn)收后，安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。廢氣源為噴漆，線路板、印刷廢氣，風(fēng)量140000m3/h，濃度進(jìn)口681mg/m3,出口為6.44mg/m3,凈化效率99%，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于天津市DB12/524-2016《工業(yè)企業(yè)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物排放控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。憑借設(shè)備的優(yōu)秀性能，該項(xiàng)目拿到了天津市環(huán)境保護(hù)專項(xiàng)補(bǔ)貼獎(jiǎng)金叁佰多萬元。
沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)商無法相信VOCs 治理設(shè)備三年時(shí)間還能保持穩(wěn)定高效的凈化效率，所以專門找人去天津雅馬哈公司測(cè)試，并把樣品拿回東京本部論證。

天津雅馬哈工廠沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪+GRTO蓄熱式焚燒爐
日本住友天津公司也使用了GRTO蓄熱式焚燒處理設(shè)備。日本住友天津公司的廢氣主要橡膠硫化廢氣，處理風(fēng)量：10000m3/h；廢氣成分：顆粒物，油霧，氨氣、硫化物、苯系物、非甲烷總烴等。在使用GRTO后，日本住友先后兩次委托獨(dú)立的第三方監(jiān)測(cè)公司分別進(jìn)行了兩天6頻次的監(jiān)測(cè)，監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)都滿足了合同約定出口VOCs小于1 mg/m3，且遠(yuǎn)低于天津地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)60mg/m3。日本本部專門來人和天津工廠先后采用了手持設(shè)備連續(xù)一周進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)測(cè)，數(shù)據(jù)都達(dá)到合同約定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨后，廣州住友和合肥住友分別又上了4套該設(shè)備。
