火炬能源有限責任公司(國營第四八一廠)創(chuàng)建于1944年1月,是中國船舶重工集團公司的全資子公司。是我國最早研制和生產(chǎn)鉛酸蓄電池的生產(chǎn)商之一,是高新技術企業(yè),是生產(chǎn)JUN用特種電池廠家之一,系中核集團合格供應商。公司主要從事牽引用、固定用、電動車用鉛酸蓄電池及鋰離子動力電池的開發(fā)設計與生產(chǎn),現(xiàn)具有年生產(chǎn)600萬KVAh各類鉛酸蓄電池的能力。公司設有六個全資子公司,涵蓋蓄電池制造設備,外殼,隔板,連接線,箱體等的生產(chǎn)與銷售,為“火炬”電池的發(fā)展助力。

火炬蓄電池在使用時,是由同一型號的電池按照規(guī)定數(shù)量和一定的方式連接成電池組來使用的。
單體電池組合成電池組時的連接,有螺栓連接和焊接連接兩種形式,其中螺栓連接可分為內(nèi)
螺紋連接和外螺紋連接,焊接連接可分為軟線焊接和鉛連條焊接(又稱硬連接)。
誘發(fā)電動觀光車蓄電池單格落后。
(1) 電動觀光車蓄電池自放電的個體差異引起單格落后。
(2) 電動觀光車蓄電池的排氣壓力存在單格差異,引起蓄電池單格落后。
(3) 電動觀光車蓄電池硫酸液密度的差異,引起單格落后。
(4) 電動觀光車蓄電池失水的單格差異,引起蓄電池單格落后。
(5)電動觀光車蓄電池的單格制造工藝的差別,引起蓄電池落后。
電動觀光車蓄電池單格落后的防止方法:
(1)如果有條件,可單獨給每一組 電動觀光車蓄電池單獨充電,也就是采用并聯(lián)充電的方法進行充電。
(2)采用小電流恒流充電,好是采用0.03C~0.05C電流進行充電,在這樣小電流長時間的充電過程中,達到高電壓的電動觀光車蓄電池充入電量不多,充電電壓低的會逐步提升,隨后會慢慢接近平衡。

Torch batteries are used by connecting the same type of batteries into batteries in a specified number and manner.
There are bolt connection and welding connection when single battery is assembled into battery pack. The bolt connection can be divided into two parts.
Thread connection and external thread connection, welding connection can be divided into soft wire welding and lead bar welding (also known as hard connection).
Induce electric sightseeing car battery lag behind.
(1) Individual differences in self-discharge of batteries in electric sightseeing vehicles result in backwardness of single cell.
(2) There is a single cell difference in the exhaust pressure of the storage battery of the electric sightseeing vehicle, which causes the lagging of the single cell of the storage battery.
(3) The difference of sulfuric acid density of batteries in electric sightseeing vehicles causes the lagging of single cell.
(4) The single cell difference of water loss of storage battery in electric sightseeing vehicle causes the single cell lagging behind.
(5) The difference of battery cell manufacturing technology of electric sightseeing vehicle causes the battery lagging behind.
Preventive bs for lagging battery cells of electric sightseeing vehicles:
(1) If conditions permit, the batteries of each group of electric sightseeing vehicles can be charged separaby, i.e. in parallel.
(2) Low current constant current charging is better than 0.03C~0.05C current charging. In such a long time charging process with low current, the charging capacity of batteries for high voltage electric sightseeing vehicles is not enough, and the charging voltage will gradually increase, and then it will gradually approach the balance.
