火炬蓄電池在使用時(shí)，是由同一型號(hào)的電池按照規(guī)定數(shù)量和一定的方式連接成電池組來(lái)使用的。

單體電池組合成電池組時(shí)的連接，有螺栓連接和焊接連接兩種形式，其中螺栓連接可分為內(nèi)

螺紋連接和外螺紋連接，焊接連接可分為軟線焊接和鉛連條焊接（又稱硬連接）。

電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池單格落后的防止方法：

(1)如果有條件，可單獨(dú)給每一組 電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池單獨(dú)充電，也就是采用并聯(lián)充電的方法進(jìn)行充電。

(2)采用小電流恒流充電，好是采用0.03C~0.05C電流進(jìn)行充電，在這樣小電流長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的充電過(guò)程中，達(dá)到高電壓的電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池充入電量不多，充電電壓低的會(huì)逐步提升，隨后會(huì)慢慢接近平衡。

3-DG-180（3-EV-160）

火炬蓄電池3-DG-180（3-EV-160）是電動(dòng)車專用蓄電池，6V180AH適用各種電動(dòng)觀光車、高爾夫球車、電瓶叉車、洗地車、電動(dòng)環(huán)衛(wèi)車、游覽車等動(dòng)力蓄電池。具備600次深循環(huán)能力，可持續(xù)工作5小時(shí)以上，壽命長(zhǎng)，爬坡能力強(qiáng)。 電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池在出廠時(shí)均經(jīng)過(guò)了嚴(yán)格的組配，但眾多的原因還是會(huì)導(dǎo)致串聯(lián)蓄電池組的單格差異。要保持電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池通氣孔通暢，避免堵塞。因?yàn)殡妱?dòng)觀光車蓄電池在充放電過(guò)程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生氫氣和氧氣，特別是在電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池過(guò)充電狀態(tài)下，水被電解而產(chǎn)生大量的氫氣和氧氣，這些氣體通過(guò)通氣孔排出。電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池加液孔蓋上的通氣孔就是用來(lái)散發(fā)這些氣體的。如果通氣孔堵塞，這些氣體就會(huì)在電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池內(nèi)積聚，造成電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池內(nèi)部壓力急劇升高，嚴(yán)重時(shí)還會(huì)導(dǎo)致電動(dòng)觀光車蓄電池爆炸

Torch batteries are used by connecting the same type of batteries into batteries in a specified number and manner.

There are bolt connection and welding connection when single battery is assembled into battery pack. The bolt connection can be divided into two parts.

Thread connection and external thread connection, welding connection can be divided into soft wire welding and lead bar welding (also known as hard connection).
