品質保證  QUALITY ASSURANCE

在ISO9001質量體系運作下嚴格進行以下品質管理：

一、設備控制：產品特殊性工序采用全電腦自動控制；

二、原料控制：全方位的供應商管理和嚴格的檢驗程序，保證了原材料的質量穩(wěn)定性；

三、生產過程控制：多工序的質量控制點和巡檢制充保證了產品質量；

四、成品控制：100%電池成品經過四功能檢測機對其內阻、密合度、3-5C放電等性能進行檢測；

五、出貨控制：專業(yè)檢驗員對產品從外觀到性能逐一審驗后方能銷售

注意事項

1、根據用途或設計要求正確選擇蓄電池的型號、規(guī)格和安裝方式；

2、不同容量、不同廠家、不同性能、不同型號的蓄電池不能混合使用；

3、蓄電池充電方式以恒壓限流為宜，25攝氏度環(huán)境溫度條件下：浮充使用時，充電電壓為2.23-2.30V/單格，最大電流不限；循環(huán)使用時，充電電壓為2.40-2.50V/單格；均充電壓為2.35-2.40V/單格，最大電流為0.3C A(C 為20小時率放電額定容量)；

4、使用蓄電池時，根據使用的環(huán)境溫度變化，充電電壓相應調整，浮充使用時溫度補償系數為-3MV/(攝氏度 單格——即環(huán)境溫度每升高1攝氏度，充電電壓降低3MV/單格；反之，環(huán)境溫度每降低1攝氏度，充電電壓提高3MV/單格；循環(huán)使用時為-5MV/(攝氏度 單格)；均充時為-4MV(攝氏度 單格)；

5、蓄電池不宜倒置或裝入密封容器中使用，盡量做到通風良好；

6、蓄電池不宜靠近火源或在高溫的地方使用和儲存，應避免太陽光直射；

7、蓄電池不要與有機溶劑直接接觸，以避免蓄電池殼體變形或溶解；

8、蓄電池放電后長期擱置不使用應及時充電恢復容量；使用過程中，不要過放電，以避免因蓄電池極板過度硫酸鹽化而影響蓄電池的容量和使用壽命；

9、蓄電池應避免過充電，過充電會使安全閥頻繁開啟，造成蓄電池過量失水而提前終止蓄電池使用壽命；

10、蓄電池的極柱端子紅色為正極，黑色為負極，儲存和使用中不能接錯或短路；

11、蓄電池安裝使用時應保持蓄電池整體的清潔，連接的部件必須牢固，避免因接觸不良而引起的危害；

12、請不要拆開蓄電池或將蓄電池扔入火中，以免引起爆炸事故；
