隨著我國(guó)石化企業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中排入大氣環(huán)境中的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)廢氣也在不斷增加,這些污染物包括苯系物、醛酮類、鹵代烴、醇類等。處理這些揮發(fā)性有機(jī)廢氣(VOCs) 的傳統(tǒng)方法主要有催化燃燒法、吸附法、吸收法、焚燒法、化學(xué)洗滌法等,這些方法在對(duì)處理低濃度的有機(jī)廢氣時(shí)技術(shù)或經(jīng)濟(jì)上存在一定的局限性。

蓄熱焚燒技術(shù)原理:
蓄熱焚燒爐英文名為“Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer”,故簡(jiǎn)稱為“RTO”,它通常由多個(gè)蓄熱室組成。在設(shè)備運(yùn)行前運(yùn)用點(diǎn)燒器加溫把有機(jī)廢氣加熱到800℃以上,從而使廢氣中的VOC在氧化室氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。氧化產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體流經(jīng)特制熱陶瓷,使蓄熱陶瓷升溫而“蓄熱”;此“蓄熱”用于預(yù)熱后續(xù)進(jìn)入的有機(jī)廢氣,從而節(jié)省用于廢氣升溫的燃料;蓄熱室,“放熱立即引入已處理合格的潔凈煙氣的一部分對(duì)該蓄熱室進(jìn)行清掃。每個(gè)蓄熱室依次經(jīng)歷蓄熱放熱清掃等程序,周而復(fù)始,連續(xù)工作。

How to treat low concentration with large air flow waste stream? 安居樂(lè)的工藝技術(shù)更加貼近廢氣工況,以大風(fēng)量的噴漆廢氣處理為例:
車間排放有機(jī)廢氣通過(guò)總管道送至G渦流凈化塔做漆霧顆粒去除處理,后經(jīng)過(guò)除霧器,再經(jīng)過(guò)專門設(shè)計(jì)的組合過(guò)濾器后,由VOC沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)吸附,吸附效率為90%以上;排放廢氣由吸附風(fēng)機(jī)抽出,并達(dá)標(biāo)排放;
濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附住的有機(jī)物,從轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附區(qū)域脫附出來(lái)進(jìn)入RTO高溫氧化處理
Anjule technology can be applied to work with the process specifications. For example, emission from coating industrial has the characteristic of high air volume: the waste gas was sent to the G-vortex column to remove particulate. After the dehumidifier process, the waste gas was sent to a specially designed filter before entering the rotary concentrator for VOCs adsorption. The removal efficiency can achieve VOC removal efficiency above 90%. A system fan was installed to release the cleaned air, which is in compliance with the regulations. The air stream then transfer to the RTO for further treatment.

1. Rotary entrance with G-vortex column
Anjule G-vortex column has a unique vortex structure, purify and remove the paint organic substance from gas.
The advantage: 1. Avoid the blockage of the packing media; reduce the operating cost; and achieve high removal efficiency of VOC substance. Minimize the accumulation of the paint substance0n the rotary and at a result prevent fire hazard.

Aujule has set up a laboratory and an engineering center for the design of the exhaust gas VOC treatment. The rotary wheels are imported from Japan; the VOC compounds removal rate are measured in a laboratory to ensure the successful treatment for the environmental projects.
The advantage of our rotary concentrator: small size, convenience, low pressure lost and work continuously to concentrate low VOC concentration waste gas. The rotary processed gas has a high concentration of VOC with less volume and therefore reduce the amount of the waste gas for the RTO treatment.

GRTO control system equipped with software and hardware interlocks, through temperature, pressure responses, the system reacts immediaby to the safety control of the system. Effectively,protect the safety of the system . RTO control system uses PLC, installed inside of the control panels; equipped with flame intensity detector, temperature controllers, alarm, reset,0n and off switch, emergency stop, and a recorder; RTO system works seamlessly with the production line without interfering to the existing production.

5. The low operating cost advantage
Lower operating cost can be achieved with high VOC concentration in the waste stream. Using a rotary concentrator to reduce the volume of the waste gas is a feasible way in decreasing the cost.
