信龍濾清器產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、分高壓段用、中壓段用、回油段用和吸油段用
2、分高中低精度等級(jí)。2—5um為高精度，10—15um為中等精度，15—25um為低精度。
3、為壓縮濾芯成品外形尺寸，增大過濾面積，一般濾層部分折成波紋狀，液壓濾芯打褶高度一般在20㎜以下
4、液壓濾芯承受壓差一般在0.35—0.4mpa，但個(gè)別特殊濾芯，要求承受高壓差，最高要求承受32mpa，甚至42mpa等同系統(tǒng)壓力。
5、最高承受溫度，有的要求達(dá)到135℃

液壓濾芯的更換時(shí)間：
液壓挖掘機(jī)一般在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2000h以后就需要更換液壓油，否則將使系統(tǒng)污染，造成系統(tǒng)故障。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，液壓系統(tǒng)的故障中90%左右是由于系統(tǒng)污染所造成的。
在檢查油品的顏色、黏度、氣味的基礎(chǔ)上，還要檢測(cè)機(jī)油壓力、空氣濕度。若工作在海拔較高、溫度較低的環(huán)境，還必須密切注意發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油里含炭量、膠質(zhì)物(烯烴)和硫化物，以及柴油里的雜質(zhì)、石蠟和水分的含量。
特殊情況，若機(jī)械使用低等級(jí)柴油(柴油中含硫量0.5﹪～1.0﹪)，應(yīng)每隔150h更換一次柴濾、機(jī)濾;含硫量在1.0﹪以上應(yīng)每隔60h更換一次柴濾、機(jī)濾。使用破碎器、振動(dòng)夯等對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷較大的設(shè)備，液壓回油濾芯、先導(dǎo)濾芯和呼吸器濾芯的更換時(shí)間為每隔100h更換一次。
