本實用新型涉及一種閥門鑄造用落砂機(jī)構(gòu),它包括砂斗、設(shè)置于所述砂斗下方的底座、可轉(zhuǎn)動地安裝在所述底座上的回轉(zhuǎn)支承柱、一端安裝在所述回轉(zhuǎn)支承柱上且與所述砂斗相配合的背砂輸送臂、與所述背砂輸送臂另一端相連通的背砂混砂攪籠、安裝在所述背砂混砂攪籠端部的出砂口、一端延伸至所述背砂輸送臂上方的負(fù)壓吸料管以及一端與所述負(fù)壓吸料管相連通且另一端與所述出砂口相連通的引料管。這樣實現(xiàn)背砂、面砂的同時出砂,大大減少了面砂用量,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,并保證砂型質(zhì)量。
