? 說明：
ER4043是一種通用性較大的鋁硅焊絲，焊縫金屬具有良好的抗熱裂能力，也能保證一定的機械性能。但是在進行陽極化處理的場合，焊縫金屬與母材顏色不同。焊接時在鋁鎂合金焊縫中能生成脆性 Mg2Si, 使接頭的塑性和耐蝕性降低。
? 用途：
用于除鋁鎂合金以外的鋁合金工件和鑄件氬弧焊及氧- 乙炔氣焊時填充材料，特別對易產(chǎn)生熱裂縫的熱處理強化鋁合金，可獲得較好的效果。

1. 焊前應(yīng)嚴(yán)格清除工件焊接邊緣及焊絲表面的氧化膜和油污等污物。
2. 施焊時可采用墊板托住熔化金屬，以保證焊縫的成形。
3. 氧- 乙炔氣焊時必須配鋁氣焊熔劑共同使用
