離心泵啟動(dòng)時(shí)為什么要關(guān)閉出口閥：
因離心泵啟動(dòng)時(shí)，泵的出口管路內(nèi)還沒水，因此還不存在管路阻力和提升高度阻力，在泵啟動(dòng)后，泵揚(yáng)程很低，流量很大，此時(shí)泵電機(jī)（軸功率）輸出很大（據(jù)泵性能曲線），很容易超載，就會(huì)使泵的電機(jī)及線路損壞，因此啟動(dòng)時(shí)要關(guān)閉出口閥，才能使泵正常運(yùn)行。
