:朝陽2098-DSD-HV030 AB伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器 羅克韋爾下面舉集電極調(diào)幅電路為例。是集電極調(diào)幅電路,由高頻載波振蕩器產(chǎn)生的等幅載波經(jīng)T1加到晶體管基極。低頻調(diào)制信號(hào)則T3耦合到集電極中。CCC3是高頻旁路電容,RR2是偏置電阻。集電極的LC并聯(lián)回路諧振在載波頻率上。如果把三極管的靜態(tài)工作點(diǎn)選在特性曲線的彎曲部分,三極管就是一個(gè)非線性器件。因?yàn)榫w管的集電極電流是隨著調(diào)制電壓變化的,所以集電極中的2個(gè)信號(hào)就因非線性作用而實(shí)現(xiàn)了調(diào)幅。由于LC諧振回路是調(diào)諧在載波的基頻上,因此在T2的次級(jí)就可得到調(diào)幅波輸出。
